1. Standard Online Programmes
Unless otherwise stated on the programme sales page, all online professional certificate programmes purchased directly from the AI Payroll Institute are covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with your programme for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of your purchase.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
2. Exclusions
The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee does not apply to:

Enterprise licences
Team training packages
Coaching or mentoring services
Live events where separate cancellation terms apply

3. Corporate Training
Corporate training programmes are developed and scheduled specifically for each organisation.
Once a proposal has been accepted or work has commenced, fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If an organisation needs to reschedule training, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate an alternative date, subject to availability.

If you accidentally purchase the same programme more than once, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where verified, we will refund the duplicate purchase.
